תנאי שימוש - לוח טהרה (Terms of Service)

1. קבלת התנאים

השימוש באפליקציית "לוח טהרת המשפחה" (להלן: "האפליקציה") מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המפורטים להלן. אם אינך מסכים לתנאים אלו, הנך מתבקש שלא לעשות שימוש באפליקציה.

2. אופי השירות והבהרה הלכתית

האפליקציה מהווה כלי עזר חישובי וטכנולוגי לניהול לוח זמנים, בדיקות ועונות פרישה על פי כללי ההלכה. החישובים מבוססים על האלגוריתמים המוטמעים בה, אך בכל מקרה של ספק, שאלה מורכבת או מקרים חריגים, יש להיוועץ במורה הוראה (רב מוסמך). השימוש באפליקציה אינו מהווה תחליף לפסיקת הלכה פרטנית.

3. שירותי צד שלישי (Google APIs)

האפליקציה מאפשרת חיבור אופציונלי לשירותי Google (כגון Google Drive ו-Google Calendar). השימוש בשירותים אלו כפוף לתנאי השימוש ומדיניות הפרטיות של חברת Google. המפתח אינו נושא באחריות לזמינות, תקלות או שינויים בשירותי צד שלישי אלו.

4. הגבלת אחריות

האפליקציה מסופקת כפי שהיא ("AS IS"), ללא כל אחריות מפורשת או משתמעת. המפתח לא יישא בכל אחריות לנזק ישיר, עקיף או תוצאתי שייגרם כתוצאה משימוש באפליקציה, אובדן נתונים מקומיים, שגיאות חישוב או אי-הגעת תזכורת.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Taharah Board application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Educational and Calculation Assistance Tool

The App is provided as an administrative calculation tool to assist in organizing calendar dates, examinations, and separation times in accordance with traditional halachic principles. It does not constitute official halachic ruling (psak). Users should consult qualified halachic authorities for specific or complex personal inquiries.

3. Third-Party Integrations (Google Services)

The App optionally integrates with Google Drive and Google Calendar via OAuth 2.0. Users are subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for any downtime, outages, or service modifications by Google.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
